Northern Saw-whet Owl
Salisbury Beach State Park

Two Black-capped Chickadees pointed this little owl out to me with their rapid scolding within a few feet of the owl.

It was very alert, watching the Chickadees, Juncos, Cardinals &
Robins that were keeping an eye on it. Most likely thinking about it's next meal! |

Lapland Longspur
A pair were feeding on the traffic island with several Horned Larks as you turn into the boat ramp parking lot.
