It was a 2 Swamp Sparrow day with the 1st being seen along Town Farm Rd. in Ipswich. The one below was at the end of
Sweet Apple Tree Lane in Salisbury. The Yellow-rumped Warbler was dining in the parking lot of the Joppa Flats MAS.

I ended the day with 2 owls  - The Barred was off of Old County Road in Salisbury. The Short-eared was perched on
the entrance gate to one of the parking lots at the Salisbury Beach State Park. A second Barred was seen earlier in the
day along Sweet Apple Tree Lane, also in Salisbury.

The new wind turbine being installed by Mark Richey Woodworking off of Parker St in Newburyport received it's turbine
and blades today. To give you an idea of how big this is, the black dot on top of the turbine and in between the blades is the
man in the photo on the right! Hopefully this is the 1st of many alternative forms of producing energy to be seen on the north shore.

"Click on the left image for a better look at the "speck" on the turbine.
